The bag is a concept that I designed and created to be able to change over the look of your bag without the need to change over all the ‘stuff’ that you carry around therefore alleviating leaving something at home that you might need. Change the look without changing the ‘stuff’.

The bag also has interchangeable ‘Style Switches’ that you can customise for the pop of colour, to match an outfit, contrast with it or to match your mood. See how easy it is here.

I originally designed this bag a few years back and it has evolved with a couple of other adaptations to refine it to the version today.

I don’t know about you but I often wanted to change over my handbag for a different look but didn’t like the hassle of taking everything out and into another bag and back again then tomorrow. So I designed this bag with the ability to be able to ‘Style Switch’ with endless possibilities. You can have one bag with multiple looks in a day if you want. The ‘Lorraine’ Bag Builder is named after my beautiful late Mum Lorraine. She was such a talented woman who always encouraged me and supported me in anything that I chose to do.

A Style Switch is the interchangeable component that attaches to the ‘Lorraine’ Bag Builder to be able to create your own personalised bag to suit any colour you like, any outfit you might like to match to, or contrast with, or to go with any mood! A pop of colour, or not!

Great question! The ‘Lorraine’ Bag Builder is 23cm wide x 26cm high x 6cm deep.

Yes, the bag strap is fully adjustable. The bag can be worn as a cross body bag or a shoulder bag and the length to suit where you like the bag to sit.

The maximum strap length is 133cm and the minimum is 71cm.

The ‘Lorraine’ Bags and the ‘Style Switches’ are all made of fabric. I recommend that you spot clean immediately if something is spilt, or the ‘Lorraine’ Bag and ‘Style Switches’ can be washed.

I would also recommend that you iron the ‘Style Switch’ after washing to keep it looking crisp and flat. I must admit I am quite a fan of ironing! It really does make a difference.

Yes, there is a chunky zip pocket in the front of the ‘Lorraine’ Bag, and then in the lining of the bag there is an internal zip pocket and a patch pocket that is divided into two, so heaps of options.

The ‘Lorraine’ Bags are lined with a vintage floral cotton fabric, and therefore easy to find your belongings, rather than items getting lost in a bag with black lining.

The bag is also fully washable. Please note that the lining fabric will vary depending on availability.

Absolutely! The ‘Style Switches’ are extremely easy to change over with the Velcro, so you can change your look within seconds.

The ‘Lorraine’ Bag is designed and made to be light and ideal for travelling.

It sits close to your body as a cross body bag and has a chunky zip pocket to store your passport or travel documents.

And the ‘Style Switches’ pack flat to enable you to have many different looks while you are away.

The ‘Lorraine’ Bag comes in two colours, Black and Latte, good neutral colours that will go with everything.

They are lined with cotton vintage fabric so that you can see the contents in your bag, instead of the usual black lining.

And or course they are fully washable.
